Happiness? Does it come in a box?

How to make happiness:

  1. Listen to your favourite songs, sing along.
  2. Dance it out (I can’t dance either but that’s not the point.)
  3. Lay on any flat surface & stare upwards, breathe.
  4. Go hang out with your friends, go be in the company of people you love.
  5. Write about that thing that’s got you down.
  6. Drink some tea.
  7. Cry about it.
  8.  Hug it out.
  9.  Forgive.
  10. Remember but move on.
