I take random coffee breaks, I need my breaks in the days. A break for the hamster in my head running on the wheel. When I’m going too long I tend to be distracted easier- that’s when random thoughts from all aspects of my life pop up. Things I want to Google, or simply ask my friends in our group chat. Sometimes I even Google it straight away, in the middle of work; from natural hair tips, style, business information, intellectual property, how to use Photoshop, to blog ideas. I could just start daydreaming about a Canon Rebel T3i, my point is my brain would be on the Eiffel Tower having brunch if I didn’t take a break during the work day.
