Hey Everybody 🙂
The other day I bucked this article on Chronixx’s website (chronixxmusic.com) and it was a good read but something he said stood out to me.
“I hold this tour very close to my heart. The true Reggae experience with a live band has for centuries been the genesis of the acceptance of our music internationally. Now Jamaicans are no longer able to readily access this movement because of cost and accessibility of our best musicians. I have seen the love for Reggae in other parts of the world and I just want fans in Jamaica to have that opportunity to really connect with the music,” said Chronixx.
Taken from “Chronixx announces second staging of ‘Capture Land’ Jamaica Tour” by Dean Jackson.
As a reggae lover, simply as a music lover I really appreciate the effort that artistes are making to have concerts in Jamaica, so that we are able to experience what other countries get when they have a tour, also these are at an affordable price. Another concert I enjoyed was Live From Kingston. I missed the first staging of the Capture Land Jamaica Tour but I’m going to try to go to the nearest one to me in the second staging, Spanish Town.
